You must be over 18 years old to order from whiskys.co.uk or the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol products in your country of residence.
By ordering from us it is accepted that you agree to our terms and conditions


Tax Charges

Orders made from the UK are subject to VAT at the UK current rate.

If we are sending products to an address within the European Union, prices are also subject to VAT.

Orders sent to an address (or originating) outside the EU, are not charged VAT, although your order may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in the delivery country, which are levied once the package reaches the delivery country.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the customer or the recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the charges.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you will need to contact your local customs office if you require further information.

CUSTOMS

Please note that although we ship products to many countries around the world, certain countries have restrictions regarding the supply of products containing alcohol.

For this reason, we despatch goods to some countries entirely at the risk of the customer and, although we maintain proof of shipment from our carrier (Royal Mail Parcel Force) and can provide a tracking number by e-mail for each shipment, we unfortunately, cannot guarantee delivery to certain worldwide locations.

Whiskys.co.uk will not be liable for any goods which are held by customs authorities, the customer must organise the release of the goods. Refunds will only be given for goods which are returned safely and intact to Whiskys.co.uk although the customer is liable for the return shipping costs or duties .

Returns Policy

It is whiskys.co.uk policy to ensure that all products supplied to all our customers arrive in perfect condition.

If you are unhappy with you purchase which are not faulty, we will happily refund your money, (excluding the delivery charge and any duties incurred in the return). Unfortunately we cannot pay for the return charge of unwanted products.


However, if any products that we send to you are faulty, damaged or not as ordered we will replace them or reimburse you for the expense, including the cost of deliver. Notification must be by telephone, post, fax, or email within three working days of delivery.



We cannot forward returned products to a further address without charging a further postage

Any returned products must be returned to us in good condition, with all packaging intact

All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of the safe delivery to our shop address

Any product returned must be within its original packaging and with unbroken seals. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure the product is adequately packed to avoid any possible damage
