To make Edinburgh Gin Raspberry Liqueur, freshly picked handfuls of Perthshire’s signature fruit are infused into newly distilled Edinburgh Gin along with sugar, leaving the berries to macerate for about four weeks to extract every last bit of flavour.

Edinburgh Gin Raspberry Liqueur gin goes well with fresh limes as a counterpoint to the natural sweetness of the liqueur; that’s also the reason it mixes so beautifully with sharp, dry Prosecco.
