Kokoro is a London Dry Gin distilled with eight botanicals and fresh Sansho berries. While inspired by Japanese cooking and flavourings.
Sansho berries have a distinctively earthy black pepper flavour with a piney, citrus finish. Also used extensively in Japanese cuisine.
