You must be over 18 years old to orderfrom whiskys.co.uk or the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol products in your country of residence.

By ordering from us it is accepted that you agree to our terms and conditions

While we have endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the information on the site, we cannot guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material on the website.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

Claims/Damages.

All goods must be examined at the time of delivery and any damages or shortage must be recorded on the delivery acceptance forms. Un-examined or un-checked goods will not be accepted. Queries relating to claims must be made within 48 hours otherwise claims cannot be guaranteed.

Non Delivery

All orders (subject to security clearance) are dispatched within one working day,
Economy single and multi-bottle orders should be with you in 3 to 4 Days You must inform us by day 10 to make a claim otherwise claims for missing goods cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Rights.

The consumer has the right to cancel their order within 7 working days without reason.
The 7-day period commences the day after the customer receives the goods.

In this event, the products must be returned to us in good condition and unopened. Unfortunately we cannot pay for the return charge of unwanted products.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery Errors.

Any delivery errors made by ourselves such as Whiskies delivered other than ordered will be rectified at the earliest opportunity. 

Complaints

We want to know your complaints. If so please telephone us between 09:30 and 17:00 seven days a week so that we can assist you straight away.
