Balvenie 14 year old The Week of Peat
This Balvenie 14 year old Week of Peat Single Malt is made using smoke from Speyside peat for one week of the year.
Balvenie burn peat to dry their barley, as they have always done, but for one week every year they use heavily peated barley to make the spirit. It is then aged for 14 years exclusively in American oak barrels to produce a whisky that is velvety and smoky-sweet.
