Producing small batches of hand crafted gins and liqueurs in a 200 year old copper pot still.
To make Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur, bundles of Scottish, spring-crop rhubarb are harvested and infused into newly distilled original Edinburgh Gin along with a hint of Oriental ginger. The fruit and spice are left to macerate for about four weeks to extract every last bit of flavour.
