Gordon & MacPhail “Distillery Labels” Range.
Gordon & MacPhail, while in partnership with a number of different distilleries were able to bottle under their own uniquely designed labels.
These labels were often used to “officially” bottle the whisky under license from the distillery. Therefore often regarded as distillery bottling.
Because of their continued trusted relationship with distillers, Gordon & MacPhail still bottle whiskies at various ages, strengths and vintages – all with their unique distillery label.
Distilleries included in the range are; Ardmore, Dallas Dhu (Closed), George Smith Glenlivet, Glen Grant, Glentauchers, Imperial, Inverleven, Linkwood, Longmorn, Miltonduff, Scapa, Strathisla.
While some of these distilleries did there own bottling, some relied almost almost exclusively on MacPhails’.
