Glen Grant 1953 Single Malt Whisky
This very rare Glen Grant 1953 Single Malt Whisky is the result of 60 years maturation in Refill Sherry casks.
The three casks 598, 599 and 1105 were filled with “new-make” spirit distilled at Glen Grant Distillery on 31st January and 28th February 1953. They were left to mature for many years before being transferred to Gordon & MacPhail’s bonded warehouses in Elgin on 26th March 1968. Finally the decision was taken to bottle this Speyside Single Malt Whisky on 5th June 2013.
This bottling has great potential as an investment whisky
