The home of Hepple Gin lies in the Northumbrian hills, surrounded juniper, pine and aromatic plants.
Master Distiller Chris Garden uses three different types of botanical extraction in the making of Hepple Gin.
Precise extraction is obtained from the use of a copper still, while a glass still using low-temperature vacuum is able to capture the more delicate, fresh notes. Finally a third process uses ultra-high-pressure to extract the more intricate flavours of the ripe juniper berries.
Consequently this process allows for tiers of additional texture and finish.
