Masons Dry Yorkshire Gin Original
Masons Yorkshire Gin is a Dry Yorkshire Gin that uses Harrogate spring water. Furthermore it uses the traditional London Dry Gin method of distilling in a small copper Alembic Still.
A unique mix of botanicals is left to soak overnight in one of two 300 litre alembic copper stills. Consequently the juniper notes are more subtle and allow the other flavours to shine through.
Furthermore Masons select a smaller amount of the heart of the distillation than most (the finest part). Hence a gin smooth enough to drink neat over ice.
As a result of small 200 litre batches each bottle of Masons Gin bears its own hand-written batch number and bottle number.
