Every bottle of Poetic License Northern Dry Gin is distilled, bottled, labelled and wrapped by hand on site at the Roker Hotel in Sunderland, on the north east coast.
The small batch pot still is called Gracie and she produces around 400 bottles at a time.
This is a combination still which allows the still to be either used as a Pot Still (ideal for gin production), or column still (For making vodka).
