Nose: Light and delicate. Creamy, honey, orange.
Palate: Medium bodied. Vanilla, toffee, orange, heather and honey.
Finish: Long and dry, chocolate orange.

Strathmill Malt Whisky Distillery History.

The Strathmill distillery is located in the town of Keith, set up in converted mill buildings in 1891.
Built in 1823 the mill and surrounding buildings  used as an oatmeal mill, called the Strathisla Mills. Rumoured that it had been the site of Illegal distillation.
