Whilst triple distillation guarantees the ultimate smoothness.
Ageing this unique blend for many years in Oloroso Sherry and old Bourbon oak casks brings out a character and flavour that continues to win awards year after year.

Nose: Perfumy, grassy, Sesame seeds, date like sweetness.
Palate: Light elegant, sweetness, raisiny with some sherry.
Finish: Light, spicy, gingery.

The name Tullamore derives from Tulach Mhór meaning ‘big hill’.
This is, a rich agricultural area in the centre of Ireland. Providing both the fine barley and pure water essential to the creation of good whiskey.
