Williams Chase Great British Extra Dry Gin is made using potatoes grown on the family farm in Herefordshire.
First of all unlike most gins, where a neutral grain spirit is re-distilled, potatoes are used to make the spirit.
These same potatoes from the family farm, also produce the spirit for their single estate vodka.
A carefully considered selection of fine botanicals are first of all infused into the spirit.
Juniper buds and berries are infused, subsequently ensuring that they distill the driest gin possible.
Followed by wild botanicals including; cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, almond, coriander, cardamom, cloves, liquorice and lemon to ensure a distinct and robust flavour.
