Its secret lies in the 'Méthode Traditionnelle', an elaborate production process that Austria's oldest sparkling wine producer has been carefully cultivating and cautiously developing since 1842.

In this process, a sparkling specialitey matures from pure Austrian top wine: this is how the moussing delicacies of the highest quality are created.

Tasting notes:

In the glass pink with golden reflexes and elegantly sparkling, with a markedly lively character.

Nose:

Flowery with clearly noticeable Burgundy notes. 

Palate:

Harmonious, after brioche and bread crust, dried fruit with a soft and creamy texture.

Long lasting & spicey

Grape variety: Pinot Noir.

Soil: Limestone, marl and loess soil.

Maturation: steel tank, minimum 30 months in bottle.
