Refund Policy

At Whiskys.co.uk, we are committed to delivering quality whisky products and exceptional service. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on whisky or other alcoholic beverages unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Import Duties & Charges: All import duties, taxes, and charges incurred upon delivery to the buyer’s country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. It is at the buyer’s discretion to manage and pay any such fees; Whiskys.co.uk does not cover or reimburse these costs.

     

2. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The product received is incorrect or significantly different from what was ordered.
  • The item arrived damaged due to transit (must be reported within 48 hours).
  • The order was lost in transit, and a replacement is not available.
  • Bottles listed as “stored in bond” are non-refundable, as they cannot be returned to bond once purchased.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once approved.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Whisky and other alcoholic beverages (unless faulty or incorrect).
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
