1. Shipping Destinations
We ship whisky and related products both within the UK and internationally, wherever legally permitted. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- UK Deliveries: Sent via reputable courier services. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from dispatch.  
- International Deliveries: Delivery times vary by destination and local customs processes. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days, but delays may occur.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order size, and weight. Any additional delivery options (such as express shipping) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Age Verification  
By law, we can only sell and ship alcohol to customers aged 18 or over (or the legal drinking age in your country). Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

7. Import Duties & Taxes  
All import duties, taxes, and charges incurred upon delivery to the buyer’s country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Whiskys.co.uk does not cover or reimburse these costs.

8. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us promptly. We will work with our courier partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

9. Restricted Destinations
We cannot ship to countries or regions where the import of alcohol is prohibited or restricted by law.
