  2. Pre-Orders – Some rare or limited-edition products may be available for pre-order. Payment is required upfront to secure your item.
  3. Gift Purchases – You can send our products as gifts with optional gift wrapping and personalized messages.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations Before Dispatch:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@whiskys.co.uk or call +44 1759 371356 as soon as possible.
  • Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be canceled for a full refund.

Cancellations After Dispatch:

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may return eligible items following our Return & Refund Policy.

Pre-Order Cancellations:

  • Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible due to supplier commitments.

Subscription or Membership Cancellations:

  • If you have signed up for any recurring subscription or membership, you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

Exceptions:

  • Personalized or engraved items cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Special limited-edition releases may have unique cancellation terms, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
